Build More Than Projects—Build Relationships

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional projects while building lasting relationships with clients, architects, trade partners, and teammates.

This isn’t a position for someone who simply manages paperwork.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, making sound decisions, and leading projects from preconstruction through closeout. Someone who understands that great construction is built through communication, accountability, collaboration, and attention to detail.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects with a company that values integrity, transparency, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a relationship-driven commercial general contractor specializing in projects that require thoughtful planning, strong communication, and exceptional execution.

Our portfolio includes:

  • Healthcare
  • Educational facilities
  • Historic restoration and adaptive reuse
  • Tenant improvements
  • Commercial renovations
  • Ground-up commercial construction

Many of our projects come from repeat clients and negotiated work, allowing us to focus on building long-term partnerships—not just completing projects.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from concept through completion.

Project Leadership

Client & Team Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Foster strong relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with Superintendents to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.

Project Administration

  • Review construction documents for constructability and completeness.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and contract documentation.
  • Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate subcontractor scopes and project logistics.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation utilizing construction management software.

Quality & Safety

  • Champion safety on every project.
  • Support implementation of quality control standards.
  • Lead project punch lists and closeout activities.
  • Coordinate warranty requests and owner follow-up after project completion.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up commercial construction and/or commercial renovations.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, cost reporting, and procurement.

  • Stay calm under pressure.
  • Enjoy collaborating with both field and office teams.
